Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, Sept. 2-Oct. 23

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from Sept. 2-Oct. 23.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Matthew Godfrey, 24, from Port Norris, N.J. was charged Sept. 2 with hindering apprehension and contempt for providing false information as to his true identity while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. due to having several warrants being active for him and for having a suspended driver’s license. Godfrey used his brother’s information while on the stop. He was processed and lodged in Cumberland County Jail. 
Alexander Rodriguez, 35, from Woodbine was charged Sept. 3 with terroristic threats, harassment and assault for reportedly assaulting his girlfriend and then threatening her if she informed the police of his abuse towards her. During a domestic violence investigation, it was learned that the victim was involved in an allegedly physically, emotionally, and verbally abusive relationship with Rodriguez. A restraining order was prepared and served on the accused and he was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Mark Fox, 46, from Ocean View was charged Sept. 7 with simple assault (domestic violence) for allegedly pushing his wife to the ground, causing abrasions to her wrist and elbow. He was processed and released. 
Christy White, 31, from Woodbine was charged Sept. 16 with shoplifting $40 worth of goods from the Marmora Wawa. While processing her at the station, it was learned that she had a warrant active for her arrest from Vineland, N.J. She was processed and released. 
William O’Toole, 50, from Philadelphia, Pa. was charged Sept. 16 with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. He was processed and released. 
Jennifer Mangles, 31, and James Keever, 40, both from Court House were charged Sept. 16 with possession of heroin, drug paraphernalia, and hypodermic syringes. Mangles was also charged with shoplifting. Troopers investigated a shoplifting complaint at the Marmora ShopRite. Using video surveillance, the subjects were identified, located and subsequently arrested. Search of their residence revealed the drugs and paraphernalia. 
Michael Russell, 27, from Woodbine was charged Sept. 17 with resisting arrest and possession of marijuana for attempting to flee from troopers during a pedestrian contact in Woodbine. It was learned he had a warrant active for him and when troopers tried to stop him, he fled on his bicycle. He then fled on foot and was apprehended. Search revealed CDS Marijuana on his person.. He was processed and lodged in Cumberland County Jail. 
Corrie Koelle, 30, from Clermont, N.J. was charged Sept. 18 with DWI (while on school property), operating a motor vehicle under the influence with a minor passenger (all four of her juvenile children), possession of heroin, endangering the welfare of children, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of prescription legend drug. Koelle was located in the parking lot of the Dennis Twp. Primary School after just driving her children to school. She was processed and released. 
Jeffrey Gallagher, 56, from Del Haven was charged Sept. 18 with operating a motor vehicle on SH 47 in Dennis Twp. while being on the suspended driver list. He was involved in a minor motor vehicle crash on SH 47 and admitted to talking on his cell phone at the time. Investigation revealed his driver’s license was suspended for DWI. He was processed and released. 
Letitia Trumbower, 36, from Dennis Twp. was charged Sept. 18 with burglary, theft, and fencing for breaking into her neighbor’s house and stealing, and then selling, jewelry and other items valued at $14,800. Trumbower admitted to the crimes and the items were subsequently located and returned to the owner. 
Timothy Wiley, 28, from Woodbine was charged Sept. 20 with theft and fencing for stealing some personal items belonging to his brother. He was processed and released. Some of the items were recovered and returned to his brother. 
Luis Rivera, 23, from Woodbine was charged Sept. 22 with hindering apprehension for supplying false information as to his true identity while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. due to him having a traffic warrant from Middle Twp. active for his arrest. He was processed and turned over to Middle Twp. Police Department. 
Frederick Schall, 45, from Ocean View was charged Sept. 25 with DWI and possession of marijuana and paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. He was processed and released. 
Harold Santiago, 28, from Woodbine was charged Sept. 26 with aggravated assault for allegedly assaulting a subject causing her to sustain multiple fractures, and a laceration to her face, along with the bruising and then grabbing her by the throat and choking the victim while at a party the day before. The victim was driven to the hospital by a friend on that date, treated and released and came to the station to report it. Santiago was processed and then lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Timothy Adams, 20, from Cape May was charged Sept. 28 with disorderly conduct during a motor vehicle crash investigation. He reportedly became irate over a towing issue with his vehicle and began spewing obscenities. He was processed and released. 
Charles Gummel, 24, from Marmora was charged Sept. 28 with disorderly conduct during the course of a suspicious person complaint in Marmora. A subject fitting the description was located and during the course of the investigation, he reportedly became agitated, spewed obscenities and refused to cooperate with troopers. He was processed and released. 
Robert Powell, 69, from Dennis Twp. was charged Sept. 29 with assault for entering a residence and striking someone who lived there with a book bag causing minor lacerations to the victim’s hand. He was processed and released. 
Barbara Simpson, 53, from Court House was charged Oct. 1 with theft and forgery for forging return slips from the business that she worked at. The charges stem from a previous and related case where she was also charged. Additional evidence was found and as a result the additional charges were filed.  She was processed and released. 
Owen Cook, 46, and William Colon, 53, both from Woodbine were charged Oct. 4 with theft, conspiracy to commit theft, and possession of burglar’s tools for cutting a lock that secured a dirt bike to a tree at a residence and then stealing same. After information was learned that the dirt bike was stolen from the residence, troopers located the suspects on SH 55 and subsequently stopped and arrested them. They were processed and released. 
Mariusz Dobosz, 33, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 4 with domestic violence assault (against his wife) and obstruction (during the course of the investigation). Dobosz allegedly assaulted his wife causing visible signs of injury (bruising). A temporary restraining order was issued against him and numerous weapons were recovered from the residence for safekeeping and turned over to the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office. Dobosz was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Carlos Santiago, 29, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 7 with domestic violence assault and criminal mischief for allegedly assaulting his mother’s live-in boyfriend and damaging property at the residence.  He was processed and released. 
Luis Rivera, 23, from Woodbine was charged Oct. 7 with possession of heroin and marijuana, and possession with intent to distribute while on a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. Investigation led to the discovery of the CDS inside the vehicle. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.  
Brian Comeforo, 36, from Marmora was charged Oct. 11 with domestic violence assault for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend while he was intoxicated. He reportedly grabbed her by the neck causing visible signs of injury. He was processed and released.
