Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, June 3-July 11

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from June 3-July 11.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Bruce Blair, 66, from Egg Harbor Twp., N.J., was charged June 3 with possession of prescription drugs (Xanax) without a prescription during the course of a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. He also was found to have a traffic warrant active for his arrest. He was processed and turned over to OCPD where he was processed on the warrant and released. 
Doryea Sapp, 36, from Millville, N.J., was charged June 5 with smoking in a public building (Woodbine Station lobby) when “No Smoking” signs were present. She was processed and released. 
Anthony Crescenzo, 49, from Court House, was charged June 6 with shoplifting $1,125 worth of food (beef, seafood, other food items) from the Marmora ShopRite. Two accomplices,  Rodney Wright, 54, from Court House, and Michelle Freeman, 52, from Cape May, were also charged with conspiracy to shoplift and receiving stolen property. Crescenzo was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center, and the other two were processed and released. 
Brian Harris, 54, from Somers Point, N.J., was charged June 7 with contempt of court for violating a temporary restraining order filed against him by his daughter. He was previously charged with two counts of domestic violence harassment. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Charles Sherby, 23, from Petersburg, was charged June 11 with aggravated assault and criminal restraint following an alleged domestic dispute with his ex-girlfriend. It is alleged that he prevented her from trying to get away from him and then assaulted her. She went to the hospital and was treated for multiple bruising and a laceration on her forehead which required stitches. Sherby was eventually located, processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Robert Hourigan, 36, from Mountain Top, Pa., was charged June 13 with possession of narcotic paraphernlia (smoking pipe) while on a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. 
Ronette Bolling from Woodbine and Nigeria Neiman from Upper Twp., both 20, were charged June 20 with possession of CDS marijuana and drug paraphernalia. They were processed and released. 
Charles Roberts, 36, from Dennisville, was charged June 21 with contempt of court for violating a final restraining order filed against him by his mother. He was processed and released.  
Michael Griffiths, 41, from Ocean View, was charged June 21 with criminal mischief for breaking a window on his girlfriend’s vehicle during an argument. He was processed and released.  
Harold Jones, 62, from Villas, was charged June 26 with trespassing for being in a vacant residence in Dennis Twp. which is posted as ‘No Trespassing.’ He was processed and released.  
Rudo Richardson, 39, from Millville, N.J., was charged July 3 with resisting arrest, hindering apprehension and possession of drug paraphernalia for attempting to flee on foot during a property dispute investigation. It was learned that he had a warrant active for him at which time he fled to avoid apprehension. He was quickly apprehended and continued to resist arrest but was eventually secured. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.

June 26: Gary Franecki, 57, from Mt. Ephraim, N.J.
June 26: Brian Brown, 23, from Williamstown, N.J.
June 27: Nicholas Gardy, 23, from Westville, N.J.
June 27: Francis Jannotta, 55, from Court House
June 28: Dennis Gager, 68, from Ocean View
July 3: John Payne, 60, from Belleplain
July 3: Dylan Frey, 22, from Vineland, N.J.
July 11: Milton Maxfield, 53, from New York, N.Y.
