WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from July 4-Aug. 2.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Michael Morrissey, 56, from Dennis Twp., was charged July 4 with terroristic threats for sending threatening texts to his neighbor. He was processed and released.
Derick Fitzpatrick, 42 from Woodbine, was charged July 7 with possession of CDS (suspected cocaine); possession of marijuana; and resisting arrest during a property check at Lincoln Park in Woodbine. The accused tried to flee when ordered not to and was quickly apprehended. He was processed and lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Jacob Feliciano, 19, from Ocean View, was charged July 10 with hindering apprehension for giving false information as to his true identity during a motor vehicle stop. He lied about his ID due to a warrant that was active for his arrest. He was processed and released on the hindering charge but lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center on the warrant.
Jeffery Kern, 19, from Eldora, N.J., was charged July 13 with obstruction and resisting arrest for attempting to flee from police knowing that he had a warrant active for his arrest. Woodbine Troopers received information from Sea Isle City Police Department that there was a warrant for him for terroristic threats and he also had two traffic warrants active for him. During the course of the investigation, information was learned that he may be in a wooded section and the State Police K9 unit responded but he was not located in the woods. He later turned himself in to the Woodbine Station where he was processed and then turned over to Sea Isle City police and eventually lodged in Cape May County Correctional Center.
Tia Johnson, 27, from Millville, N.J., was arrested July 13 for operating a motor vehicle while on the suspended list for DWI (refusal to submit to breath tests). She was processed and released.
Kenneth Bruckley, 53, from Palermo, was charged July 15 with violating a temporary restraining order by contacting his wife through a third party in violation of the order. He was processed and released.
James Bozeman, 42, from Marmora, was charged July 16 with contempt of court and endangering the welfare of a child for leaving his 10-year-old child unattended in a car while he was inside a local bar drinking. The child was found to be fine and uninjured. Bozeman was also found to have several warrants active for his arrest. He was processed pending court.
Christopher McGowan, 20, from Havertown, Pa., was charged July 17 with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop. He was processed and released.
Nicholas Price, 29 from Court House, was charged July 18 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia while on a motor vehicle stop in Middle Twp. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released.
Martin Cristinzio, 48, from Cape May, was arrested July 20 for driving while on the suspended list for DWI. He was also charged with DWI. He was processed and released.
Christopher Chanoux, 35, from North Cape May, was charged July 26 with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct during the course of a separate assault investigation. He was processed and released.
Kevin Barnes, 18, from Steelmantown (Woodbine), was charged July 26 with theft for stealing prescription medication (Diazpam) from his mother and ingesting same. He was evaluated by EMS and later charged with the theft. He was processed and released.
