Woodbine State Police Release Arrest and Activities Report, July 27-Aug. 23

WOODBINE – The following are the arrests made by the Woodbine State Police and their activities from July 27-Aug. 23.
Arrests: The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendants are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.
Alexis Andress, 22, from Woodbine, was charged July 27 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Woodbine. She was processed and released. 
Alberto Friend, 35, from Laurel Springs, N.J., was charged July 27 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. He was processed and released. 
Alexis Gonzalez, 36, from Wildwood, was charged July 27 with possession of prescription legend drugs with intent to distribute, and hindering apprehension for providing false information as to his true identity due to two active warrants he had for his arrest from Commercial and Middle Twp. Also confiscated was  $1,200 as a result of the investigation. He was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center. 
Megan Baker, 36, from Glassboro, N.J., was charged July 28 with distribution and possession of heroin and prescription legend drugs, along with DWI, during the course of a motor vehicle stop in Dennis Twp. She was processed and released. 
Christopher Voegtlin, 49, from Woodbine, was charged July 31 with DV simple assault and disorderly contact for allegedly striking his 26-year-old son and becoming disorderly with troopers during the investigation and subsequent processing at the station. Voegtlin appeared to be extremely intoxicated during investigation. 
Joseph Kennedy, 20, from Dennis Twp., was charged July 31 with possession of heroin, hypodermic needles and DWI during a medical assist call in which Kennedy was observed to be unconscious behind the wheel of his car on SH 83 in Dennis Twp. which was called in by a passerby. He was processed and released. 
Jorell Jones, 29, from Rio Grande, was charged Aug. 3 with DV simple assault for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend by choking her, throwing her to the ground and then kicking her in the ribs, allegedly while intoxicated. A temporary retraining order was also issued against him by the victim who came to the station to report this. He was processed and released. 
Destiny Parker, 23, and Shaw’nae Still, 19, both from Vineland, N.J., were charged Aug. 5 with shoplifting/attempted shoplifting from the Acme Markets in Upper Twp. on two separate occasions. Total goods allegedly stolen were approximately $1,700 in baby formula. Both subjects were also found to have active warrants for their arrest and were processed and relayed to the respective police departments for processing on the warrants. 
George Scheffler, 58, from Ocean View, was charged Aug. 7 with possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and DWI during the course of a motor vehicle stop in Upper Twp. He was processed and released.
George Whilden, 43, and Tara Abrams-Whilden, 26  from Millville, N.J., were charged Aug. 13 with receiving stolen property (vehicle). Felicia Abrams, 28, from Woodbine, was charged with theft, fencing, and forgery for falsifying paperwork for a vehicle owned by another and then selling it to them, and for pawning jewelry that was not hers.

Aug. 2: George Dudley, 47, from Unionville, Pa.
Aug. 7: Krista Rinaldo, 30, from Millvile, N.J.
Aug. 7: George Scheffler, 58, from Ocean View
Aug. 8: Amanda Williams, 27, from Winslow, N.J.
Aug. 11: Walter Payne, 61, from Marmora
Aug. 14: Christine Muench, 43, from West Grove, Pa.
Aug. 15: John Costa, 64, from Cherry Hill, N.J.
Aug. 16: William Thrane, 25, from Malvern, Pa.
Aug. 16: Kyle Wireman, 27, from Hatfield, Pa.
Aug. 23: Carlos Casablanca, 51, from Margate, N.J.
8-23-15  Madelyn Aten, age 43 from Norristown, Pa
