Woodbine Man Charged in Millville Shooting

MILLVILLE- A 19-year-old Woodbine man has been charged in a Jan. 27 shooting at Oakview apartments here at East Broad Street and Wade Boulevard, according to police.
Stephon Brian Allen has been charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of terroristic threats, two counts of aggravated assault and a number of weapon offenses. He is currently being held in the Cumberland County jail.
A fistfight broke out at the apartment complex, involving a relative of Allen. Allen pulled out a handgun and fired one shot in the face of victim Mitchell Broughton, who was at the scene but not involved in the initial fight, and fired three more shots at another victim, Robert Martin, who was not hit.
Allen surrendered at police headquarters after police contacted him.
