Wildwood Holds ‘Animal House’ Hearings

WILDWOOD — The City of Wildwood has scheduled three Rowdy House hearings for Friday, Sept. 18 on complaints made by Code Enforcement Inspector Brian Neill.
The hearings will be prosecuted by Mary D’Arcy Bittner and the hearing officer is Anthony Harvatt. These complaints are a result of a year-long investigation into these properties.
The schedule for the hearings is:
• time: 10 a.m., property: 223 E. Glenwood Ave., owner: Nila Castro
• time: 11 a.m., property: 123 E. Bennett Ave., owner: William Marsh
• time: noon, property: 226 E. Roberts Ave., owner: Shangra-La Inn, Matthew Grassa
The hearings will be conducted at Wildwood City Hall, 4400 New Jersey Ave. in the commissioners meeting room on the second floor. Anyone interested in attending is asked to call the mayor’s office at (609) 522-2444.
