Wildwood Crest Police Recover Stolen Car

WILDWOOD CREST – Patrol Officer Ryan Sheets, while on patrol Aug. 14 at 10:06 a.m. observed a 1996 green Honda Civic parked in the 100 E. block Orchid Road.
This vehicle matched the description of a vehicle that was reported stolen on Aug. 8 from a residence in Wildwood Crest. Further investigation led to the confirmation of this vehicle being the stolen vehicle. The vehicle was impounded, processed by Wildwood Crest police detectives, and returned to its owner.
No suspects have been found in connection with the theft. The investigation is ongoing.
