Whitesboro Woman Pleads Not Guilty in Wildwood Homicide

COURT HOUSE – Shantelle Monique Harris, the Whitesboro woman charged with murdering 38-year-old Donnie Terrell Moore pleaded not guilty on Monday afternoon, making her first court appearance since Moore was stabbed Friday night inside his Wildwood home,The Press of Atlantic City reports.
On March 21, Wildwood police announced they had also arrested Tyrone Harris, 32, brother of the accused, who resided at 137 West Rio Grande Ave.
Harris was charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, obstruction of justice, hindering prosecution and destruction of evidence. He was lodged in county jail in lieu of $100,000 bail set by Judge David S. DeWeese.
According to the Department of Corrections, Harris was sentenced to 365 days on Aug. 8, 2008 for hindering apprehension or prosecution that occurred on April 9, 2007.
