COURT HOUSE – A Whitesboro man was arrested for having a sexual relationship with a minor and creating and possessing child pornography, officials said.
Abdul Blackmon, 26, was charged Aug. 3 with first-degree manufacturing child pornography, second-degree sexual assault and possessing child pornography, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, according to a Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office release.
The investigation that led to the charges was conducted by the County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit and Middle Township Police Department.
Blackmon is being held at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.
