VILLAS — On Sept. 21 at approximately 3 p.m., Lower Township police arrested a subject who was in the process of delivering narcotic pills and marijuana.
Kyle D. Sikes, 32, of the first block of Wildwood Avenue, was under surveillance as he traveled on foot down Wildwood Avenue to deliver various types of drugs to a location on Bayshore Road.
As police intercepted him, Sikes attempted to conceal contraband inside a food container. A search of the container and Sikes revealed an amount of Percocet pills and marijuana.
During the course of their investigation, police also confiscated more illegal drugs from Sikes’ residence.
Sikes was transported to the Lower Township Police Department for processing where he was charged with possession of prescription narcotics and possession with the intent to distribute as well as possession of marijuana and possession with the intent to distribute.
He was lodged in county jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail set by Judge David DeWeese.
