UPDATE: Third Suspect Arrested for Armed Robbery

WILDWOOD – Jose Delgado, 22, a subject wanted for the February 2015 robbery of a 7-Eleven store in Wildwood, was located July 30 and arrested in Millville, N.J., according to Wildwood Police Department’s Facebook page.
Delgado, who was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon (handgun), and possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose (handgun), was lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center on $120,000 full cash bail.
The charges and allegations contained in the complaint are merely accusations and the defendant is considered innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Members of the Wildwood Police Department Uniform Patrol Division and Detective Division responded to a report of an armed robbery at a convenience store located at 3501 New Jersey Avenue (7-Eleven) located in the City of Wildwood Monday, Feb. 2, at approximately 7 p.m.
During the course of the robbery, the suspect was armed with a black-colored, semi-automatic handgun and demanded that the store’s clerk/cashier turn over the money from the cash register. The perpetrator then fled the store with an undisclosed amount of money.
Through further investigation by the Wildwood Police Department Detective Division and the Cape May County Prosecutors Office Major Crimes Unit, it was determined that the robbery was a premeditated crime. During the developing investigation, it was learned that the convenience store clerk identified as Desire Negron, and her boyfriend, identified as Adrian Atiles-Leon, were involved in the robbery. Additionally, a third individual identified as Jose Delgado (first photo above) was the individual who was allegedly armed with the handgun during the commission of the crime.
During the course of the investigation, multiple court authorized search warrants were executed in the City of Wildwood, in connection to the investigation, by members of the Wildvvood Police Detective Division and the Cape May County Prosecutors Office. As a result of the execution of the search warrants, items identified as having evidential value were seized in connection to the robbery of the convenience store.
The following is a list of individuals arrested in connection to the robbery investigation and their individual criminal charges:
Adles-Leon, 24, is charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, a crime of the second degree, possession of heroin, a crime of the third degree and possession of drug paraphernalia, a disorderly persons offense. Judge Dorothy Garrabrant of the Wildwood Municipal Court set bail for Atiles-Leon at $70,000/full cash, no ten percent.
Desire Negron, 24, is charged with conspiracy to commit armed robbery, a crime of the second degree and filing a false police report, a disorderly persons offense. Judge Garrabrant set bail at $50,000/full cash, no ten percent.
Atiles-Leon and Negron were unable to post bail and were incarcerated at the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Additionally, there are active arrest warrants for Jose Delgado for armed robbery, crime of the first degree, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, crime of the second degree, unlawful possession of a weapon, a crime of the second degree and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, a crime of the second degree.
Delgado is described as a 22-year-old Hispanic male, approximately 5’11”, 160 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair with a full beard. Jose Delgado has recently been released by the New Jersey Department of Corrections and is considered armed and dangerous.
