UPDATE: Police Search for Strong-Arm Robbery Suspects

UPDATE: Jan 15- Shawn Miller and David Endre have both surrendered themselves to police this week. Brant Henley is still at large, according to police. RIO GRANDE — Middle Township police are asking for the public’s help in apprehending three men wanted in connection with a strong-arm robbery.
On Jan. 11 just before 7:30 p.m., police received a report of a strong-arm robbery that had just taken place on Aberdeen Way in Rio Grande.
Cpl. Fred Crawley arrived on scene to find the victim badly beaten by two male subjects. Several personal belongings and $200 cash were also taken from the victim.
Detectives Ken Martin and Doug Osmundsen were called into the case.
According to police, investigation revealed that David Endre, 32, planned with Brant Henley, 26, of Shellbay Avenue, Court House, and Shawn Miller, 32, of Villas, to drive the victim to a secluded section on Aberdeen Way, pull him out of the vehicle, assault him and take his valued possessions from him.
Positive identification was made on all three subjects, who were subsequently charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and aggravated assault — all second-degree crimes.
The following full cash bails were set: Henley, $50,000; Endre, $25,000; and Miller $15,000.
All three subjects are still at large. Anyone with information pertaining to their whereabouts is urged to call the Middle Township Police Department at (609) 465-8700, or the nearest law enforcement agency.
The victim was examined by members of the Rio Grande Rescue Squad, at the scene, and refused any further treatment at the hospital.
