By Herald Staff

WOODBINE — During the months of January and February 2009, State Troopers from Woodbine Station received several reports of burglary that occurred at the South Seavilie Church, 115 Corson Tavern Road, and Pine Haven Campground, 2339 Route 9, in Dennis Township.
Items such as televisions, DVD players, cameras, and other electronics were taken from the church and trailers at the campground.
An ongoing investigation conducted by Trooper Klimik culminated in eight male juveniles being charged on April 7 with burglary, theft, criminal mischief, and conspiracy to commit these crimes in connection with a total of 40 burglaries.
The juveniles’ ages ranged from 14 through 16 and were from Upper Township and Dennis Township.
Stolen property was also recovered from several of the juveniles’ homes with a total value of approximately $2,000.
One juvenile was lodged at the Bridgeton City Juvenile Detention Center with the other juveniles being released to their parents. Trooper Klimik was assisted with his investigation by Troopers Gallaudet and Vicente.
