Stolen Vehicle Located in Brick Township; 2 Arrested

WILDWOOD CREST – Officers from the Wildwood Crest Police Department July 13 were dispatched to the 5500 block of Ocean Avenue, for a report of a stolen motor vehicle. 
According to a Wildwood Crest Police Department release, during the investigation, information regarding the stolen vehicle was broadcast statewide. The Brick Township Police Department later located the stolen vehicle in their town while investigating a motor vehicle accident. The stolen vehicle was heavily damaged in the accident, and the occupants had fled the scene. 
Brick Township Police Department detectives identified two suspects, Naishon T. Price, 18, of Wildwood, and Anthony Young, 19, of Court House. As a result of the on-scene investigation in Brick Township, both men were arrested and charged with numerous offenses and lodged in the Ocean County Jail. 
A joint investigation between the Brick Township Police Department and the Wildwood Crest Police Department culminated July 16, when Price and Young were both criminally charged with burglary third-degree, theft, third degree, and conspiracy, third degree, by Wildwood Crest Police Department Detective Corporal Collins.
Pursuant to bail reform, both subjects were then transported to the Cape May County Correctional Facility to be lodged.
