Police Charge Rio Grande Man with Robbery, Sexual Contact

RIO GRANDE — On Friday March 6 at approximately 2 a.m., Middle Township police received a call asking for the removal of two unwanted female subjects, from a Rio Grande motel room.
According to a release, police learned that the caller, Michael Williams, of Rio Grande, had reached down the shirt of one of the females and removed approximately $200 in cash, while groping her.
Williams, 31, was charged with aggravated sexual contact, a third-degree crime, and robbery, a second-degree crime.
Also arrested was Antonio Ennals, 31, of Rio Grande, on an outstanding bench warrant.
Ennals and William were placed in the county jail. Williams bail was set at $50,000 cash.
Corporal Fred Crawley, Patrolmen Julio Ruiz and Armond Jones and Detective Doug Osmundsen participated in the investigation.
