Police Arrest Car Burglary Suspects

OCEAN CITY — On Jan. 8 at approximately 3:33 a.m., Ocean City police received a call about two subjects entering vehicles in the area of 4th Street and Atlantic Avenues.
After a brief search, the subjects were located in the 700 block of Moorlyn Terrace.
Police recovered several items including: cash, sunglasses, boots, Ipod accessories and credit cards. During the investigation, it was also learned that the Suspects were involved with two other vehicle burglaries on Jan. 5. A total of ten vehicles were burglarized over the two dates. The vehicles were located between North Street and 13th Street.
Arrested for burglary and theft were two subjects; Alexander T. McStravik, 21, and 16-year-old male, both of Ocean City.
The investigation was conducted by Patrolmen Jeff Doto, Robert Koob and Anthony Fearnhead as well as Sgt. Brian Trostle.
