Ocean City Police Nab Two for Burglary in Construction Trailer

OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police Department responded to a report of two subjects breaking into a construction trailer in the 5700 block of Asbury Avenue on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 9:53 p.m.
Patrolman Anthony Fearnhead responded to the area of the incident and approached on foot. He observed two subjects leave the rear of the trailer. Fearnhead secured both subjects at the rear of the trailer until other officers arrived at the scene.
According to police, the accused men, both from Cumberland County, were found to be in possession of tools commonly used for burglaries.
Arrested at the scene were, James B. Osicky, 23, of Bridgeton, and Reynaldo Rivera, 23, of Millville.
Osicky and Rivera were each charged with burglary, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and possession of burglary tools.
Judge Richard Russell issued a warrant for both in the amount of $15,000 full cash bail each. Both men had additional arrest warrants from other jurisdictions.
Assisting with the investigation were Patrolman Matt Schaffer and Sgt. Brian Trostle.
