Ocean City Man Charged in Drug Investigation

OCEAN CITY — The Ocean City Police Department executed a search warrant on Tuesday, Nov. 4 in the 300 block of Haven Avenue.
The search warrant was a result of an ongoing undercover drug investigation.
During the search, the officers also discovered suspected controlled dangerous substance in the residence. Arrested during the execution of the search warrant was Mark S. Rolls, 20, a resident of the address searched.
Detective Stephen Sullivan and Detective Dan Lancaster conducted the investigation.
Judge Richard Russell issued a warrant in the amount of $75,000 full cash bail.
Rolls was charged with possession CDS Schedule I-IV, aggravated assault, obstructing administration of law, resisting arrest, distribution/manufacture of heroin/cocaine, and distribution/possession of CDS in school zone.
