Ocean City Man, 61, Arrested for Child Sex Assault

OCEAN CITY — Ocean City Police Department conducted an investigation into an alleged sexual assault of a juvenile that had been occurring over the course of several years.
Information received during the course of the investigation led to the Friday, Nov. 14 arrest of Lewis B. Lupperger, 61, of Ocean City, for aggravated sexual assault.
Judge John Rauh, Cape May County Superior Court, issued a warrant in the amount of $100,000 full cash bail. Lupperger is being held in the county jail.
The investigation was conducted by Det. Dan Lancaster.
