Motel Bust Nets 3 Arrests

This report is based on information received from law enforcement.
BURLEIGH – On April 13, members of Middle Township Police Department Street Crimes Unit executed a court-authorized search warrant in a motel room, located in the 1200 block Georgia Avenue in Burleigh, with the assistance of the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office and the Cape May County SWAT Team.  
According to a release, Bryan Williams, 28, and James Allen, 29, both of Burleigh, were in the room at the time of the execution. Seized during the investigation was 770 bags of heroin, 2 ounces of cocaine, several ounces of marijuana, several ounces of synthetic marijuana, PCP, and over $6,500.
Subsequent to the execution of the search warrant, a motor vehicle stop was conducted on a third subject associated with the room, Alyssa Bishop, 23, also of Burleigh. After a positive K-9 indication on her vehicle, the vehicle was towed to the impound garage and a search warrant was requested to search the vehicle. An additional amount of synthetic marijuana was located in the vehicle.     
Williams and Bishop were charged with possession of PCP, third degree, distribution of PCP, first degree, possession of heroin over .5 ounce with intent to distribute, second degree, possession of heroin, third degree, possession of cocaine over .5 ounce with intent to distribute, second degree, possession of cocaine, third degree, possession of marijuana over 50 grams, fourth degree, possession of marijuana over 1 ounce with intent to distribute, third degree, possession of synthetic marijuana, third degree, distribution of synthetic marijuana, second degree, child endangerment, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offense.
Both Williams and Bishop were lodged in the Cape May County Correctional Center.
Allen was charged with possession of marijuana, disorderly persons offense, and destruction of evidence, disorderly persons offense. Allen was released on a summons.
The individual(s) listed is/are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
