VILLAS –– An Aug. 15 burglary was solved here when the mother of one of the alleged thieves reported to Lower Township Police that she found a large amount of cash and jewelry in her child’s possession.
The mother brought two subjects to the police department on Aug. 16 at 8:30 p.m.
Police determined the booty was from a robbery of a home on the first block of Utah Avenue. Both suspects, an adult male and a juvenile female, were charged with burglary and theft.
The male subject, Emmanuel Rossario, 18, of Villas, was charged and transferred to county jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
The juvenile was charged and released to her guardian.
Over $300 in cash and a large amount of gold and diamond jewelry were recovered and returned to the owner.
