Macrie Faces $1,000 Daily Charge for Train

MIDDLE TOWNSHIP PRESS RELEASE:
COURT HOUSE — Committeeman Steve Barry announced Monday, Nov. 2 that U.S. District Court Judge Renee Marie Bumb ordered from the bench that Tony Macrie and Cape May Seashore Lines remove the rail car currently on Route 47 in Rio Grande by Nov. 16, 2009 or be subject to a fine of $1,000 per day.
This order was entered in response to a Motion filed by the Township of Middle to enforce the court-approved agreement that Mr. Macrie signed with the Township of Middle.
