COURT HOUSE — Superior Court Judge Raymond Batten canceled the recall election of Mayor Herbert Frederick of West Wildwood that was scheduled to take place on Feb. 23.
According to the Press of Atlantic City, Batten found deficiencies in the planning and scheduling of the recall election as well as in the signatures on the recall petitions.
