COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up seven indictments May 14.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. The individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Christopher J. Gigliotti
Christopher Gigliotti, 49, of Court House, was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, acetyl fentanyl.
Jennifer A. Rossett
Jennifer Rossett, 36, of North Cape May, faces four third-degree counts for attempted theft, forgery, uttering a false instrument and impersonation. According to the indictment, Rossett forged and presented a check drawn on the victim’s account and made out to a fictitious person who she was impersonating.
Frank T. Berry
An indictment says that Frank Berry was arrested in Middle Township in January with two different controlled substances in his possession, methamphetamine and heroin. The indictment also claims that Berry intended to distribute the heroin. He faces two counts of third-degree possession and one third-degree count for possession with intent to distribute.
Michael A. Claudio
Michael Claudio, of Wildwood, was indicted on two fourth-degree counts for possession of five or more doses of a prescription legend drug and aggravated assault on a police officer.
Dalton A. Williams
Dalton Williams was indicted on two counts of possession of a CDS, amphetamine and buprenorphine. Each count was in the third degree.
David C. Hughes
David Hughes, 51, of North Cape May, faces a charge of third-degree aggravated assault related to an incident in an establishment licensed to serve alcohol in Lower Township.
Dominiqua M. Hicks
Dominiqua Hicks, 27, of Villas, was named in a four-count indictment for an incident that occurred Dec. 25, 2018. He faces a count for third-degree resisting arrest, and three fourth-degree counts for aggravated assault on a police officer and throwing bodily fluids.
