Indictments Filed March 6

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 21 indictments March 6. The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
Brandon Pfaff and Robert Pfaff
Brandon Pfaff, 26, and Robert Pfaff, 34, both from Fishing Creek, were indicted on two counts of possession of a CDS, third degree. The younger of the two brothers, Brandon Pfaff, was also allegedly in possession of a buck knife and faces an additional count for fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon.
Cynthia Callahan
Cynthia Callahan, of Villas, was indicted for second-degree burglary after she allegedly unlawfully entered a portion of a structure on Ellery Road. In the process of the unlawful entry, she allegedly inflicted bodily harm on an individual.
Ginelryan Jean
Ginelryan Jean, 21, of Court House, was indicted for aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and criminal mischief, each count third degree. Jean was allegedly smashing items in a home when police responded to a call. The indictment maintains that Jean resisted arrest and assaulted a police officer. The damage in the home was in excess of $2,000.
Andrew S. Price
Andrew Price, 23, of Glassboro, was indicted for fourth-degree lewdness after he allegedly engaged in a sex act while watching a woman in the Acme parking lot in Court House.
Juan Rodriguez
Juan Rodriguez, of Wildwood, was indicted for fourth-degree aggravated assault after he allegedly drove while under the influence and caused injury to a female victim.
Kurt Seer, Daniel Gaynor, Jennifer Day, Richard Johnson, Philip King, Nicolle Little-O’Brien, Travis Matthews, Jason Poole, Michael Russell, Juan A. Ruiz-Perez, and Veronica Walton
In separate, unrelated indictments the following individuals were indicted on one count each of third-degree possession of a CDS: Kurt Seer, of Erma, Daniel Gaynor, of Wildwood, Jennifer Day, 37, of Rio Grande, Richard Johnson, 36, of Villas, Philip King, 39, of Villas, Nicolle Little-O’Brien, 32, of Cape May, Travis Matthews, 25, of Erma, Jason Poole, 39, of North Cape May, Michael Russell, 29, of Woodbine, Juan Ruiz-Perez, 55, of Woodbine, and Veronica Walton, 26, of Wildwood.
Mary Waddell
Mary Waddell, 26, of Delmont, was indicted for third-degree theft. The theft, from the same victim, allegedly took place over a period of two months from September to November 2017.
Joseph D. Vanaman
Joseph Vanaman, 33, of Lower Township, faces one count of third-degree receiving stolen property.
Michael Trainor
Michael Trainor, 18, of Del Haven, was indicted for fourth-degree aggravated assault and third-degree resisting arrest.
Luis Rodriguez
Luis Rodriguez, of Wildwood, faces one count of possession of a CDS, marijuana, fourth degree and an additional count of possession with intent to distribute within 1,000 feet of a school, third degree.
Andrew Zorn
Andrew Zorn, 61, of Delran, was indicted for receiving stolen property, third degree. The property was a 1993 Honda Del Sol which the indictment claims he knew to be stolen.
Peter Visalli
Peter Visalli, 32, of Cherry Hill, was indicted on two counts of burglary and two counts of attempted burglary, along with one count of theft. All counts are in the third degree. 
The above individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
