Indictments Filed Feb. 26

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up four indictments Feb. 26.
The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance.
The individuals listed are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Christine Rodia and Jamie M. Mullen
Christine Rodia, 48, of Rio Grande and Jamie M. Mullen, 33, of Wildwood, were indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, methamphetamine. Rodia also faces a second count for third-degree possession of a CDS.
Matthew L. Loughlin
Matthew Loughlin, 37, of Wildwood, faces a 13-count indictment including five counts of third-degree burglary, four counts of third-degree theft, and two additional third-degree counts for possession of a CDS, methamphetamine, and receiving stolen property. The final two counts in the indictment were in the fourth degree for theft and criminal trespass.
Marc E. Decamillo
Marc Decamillo, of Lower Township, was indicted for unlawful possession of a weapon in the third degree. The indictment also contained a fourth-degree count for possession of a prohibited weapon, metal knuckles.
M. J. Pagan-Perez
M. J. Pagan-Perez was indicted for possession of a CDS, third degree. The drug was listed as heroin.
