Indictments Filed Feb. 14

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up 18 indictments Feb. 14. Of the indictments, 12 had only one count of third-degree possession of a CDS (controlled dangerous substance). 
Eric Moyer
Eric Moyer, 38, of Norwood, Pa., was indicted for third-degree theft. Moyer allegedly stole equipment from trucks belonging to a tree trimming company. Police report that when he was arrested at a Villas convenience store, the vehicle he was operating contained items belonging to the tree trimming company.
Michael Webster
Michael Webster, 37, of Cape May, was indicted for third-degree theft.  Webster allegedly took merchandise valued at greater than $400 from a local convenience store.
Keith W. Green
Keith Green, 51, of Millville, was arrested in North Wildwood Oct. 30, 2016. His indictment alleges that he was operating a motor vehicle under a  license suspension, a fourth-degree offense.
Danielle M. Egan
Danielle Egan, of Upper Township, was indicted for second-degree aggravated assault after she allegedly caused serious bodily injury to a female victim.
Roy A. Silver, Philip Martin
Roy Silver, 35, of Wildwood, and Philip Martin, 56, of North Wildwood, were indicted on conspiracy and possession of a CDS, both third-degree counts.
Silver was also indicted for distribution of a CDS and distribution within 1,000 feet of a school, adding two additional third-degree offenses.
The incident allegedly took place in Wildwood, Jan. 2, within 1,000 feet of Wildwood High School.
Jonathan E. Green, Alexis E. Peters
According to the grand jury indictment, Jonathan Green and Alexis Peters entered into a conspiracy to commit shoplifting. Peters then allegedly took merchandise from a national chain drug store in Marmora worth over $75,000. The activity took place on “diverse dates” in 2016. The goal was the “transfer or sale of shoplifted merchandise.” Both individuals were indicted for second-degree conspiracy. Peters also faces counts of shoplifting and being the leader of an organized retail theft enterprise, each in the second degree.
Frank Cocco, Sabrina Gardner, Michael Gavin, Christa Iames, Craig Johnson, Stephan Lamnin, Wayne Roberts, Thomas Rodier, Ivan Smith, Frankie Sola, Linda Torella, Dana Gilroy, Michael Hale
In 12 separate indictments, the 13 individuals listed were indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS. One indictment contained a pair of names, Dana Gilroy, 25, and Michael Hale, 47, both of North Cape May.
The others were Frank Cocco, 29, of Wildwood, Sabrina Gardner, 32, of Wildwood, Michael Gavin, 38, of North Wildwood, Christa Iames, 38, of North Wildwood, Craig Johnson, 33, of Wildwood, Stephan Lamnin, 52, of Wildwood, Wayne Roberts, of Camden, Thomas Rodier, 35, of Upper Township, Ivan Smith, of Ocean City, Frankie Sola, 33, North Wildwood, and Linda Torella, of Wildwood. 
The above individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
