Indictments Filed April 18

COURT HOUSE – A Cape May County grand jury handed up nine indictments April 18. The abbreviation CDS below stands for controlled dangerous substance. 
Jennifer Bailey
Jennifer Bailey, 38, of Villas, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin, third degree. Bailey was previously arrested for distribution of methamphetamines in December 2016.
Antonio Davis
Antonio Davis, of Wildwood, was indicted for third-degree possession of a CDS, cocaine.
Alkama K. Jackson
On Jan. 16 in Middle Township, Alkama Jackson, 36, of Paterson, allegedly failed to obey police to bring her vehicle to a complete stop. Instead, she allegedly attempted to elude police causing a danger of serious injury or death to others. She was indicted for second-degree eluding police.
The indictment also claims that Jackson was found to be in possession of a CDS, heroin. A second count was added to the indictment for third-degree possession of a CDS.
James Domenico
James Domenico, 30, of Woodbine, was indicted for possession of a CDS, heroin. State Police made the arrest Dec. 16, 2016.
Katelyn Otto
Katelyn Otto, 18, of Wildwood allegedly committed aggravated assault on a 16-year-old female victim in Wildwood Crest. She was indicted for third-degree aggravated assault.
The above individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
