On Nov. 25 at approximately 11:43 a.m., Middle Township police arrived at the residence and learned that one of the suspects brandished a handgun and made threats during the incident, which turned out to be an argument with a neighbor over an earlier burglary incident, according to police.
Police arrested four males and obtained a search warrant. During the search, police found a loaded 9mm handgun and ammunition.
Charged were: Claude L. Nelson, 19, of Court House, with aggravated assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes, terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, $15,000 bail; James Allen, 19, of Court House, disorderly conduct, released; and two juveniles, disorderly conduct, released to parents.
