CAPE MAY – Thomas J. Fox, 72, of West Cape May was arrested Sept. 13 and was charged by Cape May police with: driving while intoxicated, driving while license is suspended or revoked for DWI, reckless driving, careless driving, driving without a license, possession of an open container, driving while suspended, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to report an accident, failure to wear a seatbelt, failure to exhibit a driver’s license, and failure to exhibit a registration in Cape May.
