CAPE MAY — Cape May Police ended a theft investigation and filed criminal complaints against a Lower Township resident.
In a Thursday, Sept. 18 release, the department announced that Jeannette E. Peck, 46, of Lower Township, was charged by Detective Sgt. Anthony Marino with two counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property received, a third-degree offense.

Peack was released on a complaint summons, and was arraigned in West Cape may Municipal Court at 9 a.m. Sept. 18.
