Beware Cyber Scam, Prosecutor Warns

COURT HOUSE – Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor would like to make the public aware of an increase in Ransomware, cyber attacks, particularly against government organizations.

Several organizations in Cape May County have been the recent target of Ransomware attacks. Ransomware is a type of malicious software that infects a computer and restricts users’ access to it until payment or “ransom” is made to unlock it.
