Lower Township accounted for 17 of the 25 new cases, with all of them located in the township’s long-term care facilities. Three additional cases were reported in Dennis Township, two each in Middle Township and Woodbine, along with one in Cape May.
The three new deaths were two men, age 71 and 86, in Lower Township, and a female, age 71, in Middle Township.
Another 16 individuals have recovered sufficiently to be removed from quarantine, bringing the off quarantine total to 189. A slightly small number of cases, 185, remain active.
