“All Powerful You” workshops

By On Deck Staff

The Cape May County Library offers “All Powerful You” workshops to unlock your inner power by learning how to deal with difficult people and move from a stressful to a stress-less life.
Classes will be held at 7 p.m. on Fridays for five weeks from Oct. 17 until Nov. 14 at the Main Branch of the Library, 30 Mechanic Street, Court House.
The program is presented by long time empowerment coach Ellie Weiss, a graduate of the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching certified through the International Coaching Federation.
Weiss has been teaching life coaching for six years. She is a member of the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance, the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce and the ERUSA where she coaches women members of the armed forces returning to civilian life.
Working with a life coach is a unique experience. It is a healthy, positive, and empowering process that challenges you to take time to focus on what matters to you.
A life coach guides you with the tools, skills, support and structure needed to tap into your inner purpose and passion, and connect them to outer goals and tasks to acquire extraordinary results. Learn to move from an “I can’t” to an “I can” mindset by learning to deal with inner and outer resistances.
The program is free; however, registration and a library card are needed. For more information call 609-463-6350 or visit www.cmclibrary.org.
