UPDATE: Rollover Crash Shuts Down Route 47 in Goshen

GOSHEN– One person was injured in a single vehicle crash here on Route 47 at mile post 14.6, on Saturday, Sept 26 at 9:27 p.m.
The vehicle was traveling north when if left the roadway, rolled over and struck a utility pole.
Bayside State Prison corrections officers John Horton and Jay Simons stopped to help the driver, police said.
The driver Identified as Neil Klipp,45, of Thorofare was taken to Atlanticare Regional Trauma Center in Atlantic City by Middle Township Ambulance Corps and Atlanticare medics.
Route 47 was closed while crews worked to repair the utility pole.
The Goshen Fire Company, the county’s fire and police, and troopers from the Woodbine barracks assisted.
The accident is under investigation by Middle Township Police.
