OCEAN VIEW – According to the Ocean View Volunteer Fire Company, Nov. 10 at 3:14 p.m., Ocean View Fire Company was dispatched to the Garden State Parkway 18.2 southbound for a motor vehicle crash that was reported as a rollover.
New Jersey State Police confirmed one person was trapped in the vehicle and Station 19 was requested for one rescue engine.
Rescue 17, Squad 17 and Engine 17 responded and extricated the patient, who was transported by Sea Isle City Emergency Rescue Service.
The victim was freed in 17 mminutes.
Assisting was Sea Isle EMS, Upper Twp Rescue, and Seaville Fire and Rescue.
