COLD SPRING — Route 109 was reopened to Seashore Road about 3 p.m. afer being closed from 12:50 p.m. May 31 due to overturned dump truck and small fuel spill at 12:45 p.m.
Lower Township schools, fire and rescue units were notified of the closure.
It is likely the closure will be in effect for at least two to three hours.
