Crash Traps Driver Beneath Billboard

GOSHEN — A 78-year-old-female driver’s vehicle left Route 47 on Sunday about 11:15 a.m. at Milepost 12.4, and crashed under a billboard near Buck’s Avenue, trapping her for about 20 minutes.
The victim was flown to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center city trauma division by South Star medevac helicopter.
The accident remains under investigation by Middle Township police.
No further information on the victim’s condition or the accident was available.
