TITUSVILLE, FLA. – A Court House woman died as a result of a motor vehicle crash near the intersection of Bobbi Lane and South Street, in Titusville, Fla., at 8 a.m. Feb. 26.
According to a Titusville Police Department release, the preliminary investigation revealed that a tan 2004 Ford F250, driven by Raymond Roberson, 35, of Titusville, was traveling northbound on South Street. Roberson’s vehicle swerved into the oncoming southbound lane and struck a white 2019 Nissan Rogue head-on.
The vehicle’s adult male driver and adult female passenger were transported to local hospitals with serious injuries.
The passenger, Holly Transue, 64, died at the hospital that evening.
Roberson sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.
As of Feb. 26, the crash remained under investigation by the Titusville Police Department, and further details will be released upon its conclusion by traffic crash investigators.
