Court House Woman Dead After Parkway Crash

SOMERS POINT – A crash on the Garden State Parkway (GSP) late July 21 proved fatal for a Court House woman.
Lawrence Peele, a spokesperson for the State Police, said that the sideswipe collision occurred around 9 p.m.
A GMC Yukon hit a coach bus around milepost 30 on the southbound side of the (GSP).
A Jeep Wrangler was on the right shoulder at the time.
The GMC SUV swerved out of the lane after colliding with the bus, struck the rear of the Jeep and then hit a guardrail and flipped over. It landed off the road.
The driver of the GMC, Amy Henderson, 53, sustained serious injuries. She succumbed to those injuries July 24. 
The crash remains under investigation.
