Bicyclist Injured in Wildwood

WILDWOOD– A bicyclist was injured at the intersection of Pacific Ave & E Baker Ave at around 8:00 a.m. on Monday, Nov 16.
The victim was transported to the Cape May County Armory in Court House by Wildwood Fire Department and Medic 9 where South Star medevac landed to transport the injured to Atlanticare Regional Trauma Center in Atlantic City.
The flight crew reported the patient to be a 46 year-old male in stable condition with a head injury. The patient was reported to have “impacted a car while riding a bike and was thrown through the passenger side window”.
