WHITESBORO – The Whitesboro Historical Foundation and First Baptist Church celebrated “A Moment in Time” for the Cape May County American Veterans Unsung Heroes Nov. 11.
It began at Lena Street where spectators visited the old graveyard. Several African-American graves are located behind a home on Lena Street.
Shirley Green, director of the Whitesboro Historical Foundation, organized the event.
