Children, grades three through eight, learned the art of chess, along with life skills, at Rotary Club of Ocean City-Upper Township’s “Mental Martial Arts” program. Classes are free and take place Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m at Ocean City Library. The program runs through May 24.
