Local 4-H’ers Compete at State Horse Show

GLOUCESTER COUNTY – Cape May County 4-H’ers competed at the 2023 NJ State 4-H Championship Horse Show August 25-26 at the Dream Park in Gloucester County. Two young equestrians competed in English, Western and Games Divisions and took home multiple awards.

Abigail Kitner and Callie Carney of the Star Hollow Riders 4-H Club represented Cape May County at the state event. “We are very proud of these dedicated, young equestrians who represented Cape May County 4-H at the state horse show – they worked hard, and it paid off,” said Linda Horner, Cape May County 4-H Program Coordinator.
