The Prophet Isaiah prophesied

“For unto us a Child is born
Unto us a Son is given”
showing Christ’s humanity and deity.
The prophet Micah also prophesied
hundreds of years before Christ was born.
“But you, Bethlehem, Ephrathah…
yet out of you shall come forth to Me
the One to be Ruler in Israel.”

The angel Gabriel, said to Mary,
“You will give birth to the Holy One.
He will be called The Son of God,
You will call His name Jesus.”
At night, an angel came to shepherds
and told them,
“For there is born to you this day
in the City of David
