May 16: Salisbury steak, gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, beet salad, fruit cocktail.
May 17: Kielbasa, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, salad, jello.
May 18: Beef stew, wax beans, cole slaw, butterscotch pudding.
May 19: Creamed chipped beef, potato patty, mixed veggies, salad, white cake, chicken vegetable soup.
May 15:  Salami and cheese on roll, macaroni salad, diced pears, apple juice.
May 16: Provolone and Swiss on roll, tapioca pudding, fruit punch.
May 17: Ham salad on roll, potato salad, applesauce, grapefruit juice.
May 18: Tuna salad on white, salad, cookies, orange juice.
May 19: Roasts beef and cheese on wheat bread, banana, tomato juice.
