Dr. Jerry Horowitz, Short Term Rehab Medical Director, visits patients weekly, working closely with their therapists and medical specialists to obtain optimal health and functioning for folks who want to return to their own homes.
Dr. Suhash Mehta, Long Term Care Medical Director, takes care of our long term residents throughout all phases of their care and life with us.
