Participants at the Eating Seasonally workshop will not only learn the benefits of eating seasonally but will also learn skills to plan and prepare meals that take advantage of seasonal foods, and the importance of increasing consumption of vegetables and fruits.

A light fall supper will be served. The cost of the workshop is $15 and advanced registration is required by Sept. 25.

Space is limited, so, reserve early. Call Marian at (609) 465-5115, ext. 3609 or email marian.courtney@co.cape-may.nj.us  for information or to register.
