COURT HOUSE – Learn the benefits of eating seasonally at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Cape May County Family and Community Health Sciences (FCHS) workshop, “Eating Seasonally,” Sept. 30.

Participants at the Eating Seasonally workshop will not only learn the benefits of eating seasonally but will also learn skills to plan and prepare meals that take advantage of seasonal foods, and the importance of increasing consumption of vegetables and fruits.
A light fall supper will be served. The cost of the workshop is $15 and advanced registration is required by Sept. 25.
