Dr. Panico and his team are excited to announce this new in-house dental plan which has no deductibles, no waiting periods, no pre-existing exclusions, no annual maximum and no preauthorization’s, and even includes cosmetic dentistry!
This dental plan is not an insurance plan. It is designed specifically for Dr. Panico’s patients to achieve more affordable care and the smile they deserve. The plan is exclusive to Dr. Panico and his team for treatment that lies within the realm of their expertise. It cannot be used in conjunction with insurance, care credit or any other promotions, or any over the counter products.
The adult plan covers two exams annually, including oral cancer screening and periodontal evaluation, two cleanings annually, all necessary radiographs and 10% off all dental other services. The annual cost for a single adult is $300. The child (under 13) plan covers two exams annually, including oral cancer screening and periodontal evaluation, two cleanings annually, two fluoride treatments, all necessary radiographs and 10% off all other dental services. The annual cost for one child under 13 is $250. Each additional adult is $225 and each additional child is $175. Periodontal maintenance is available for $490, including three cleanings, two exams and all necessary radiographs.
