SEA ISLE CITY – Forza Fitness invites you to its Grand Opening Celebration on May 7 beginning at 11 a.m. with a free fitness class. Immediately following will be a ribbon cutting ceremony and team meet and greet. This free event is open to the public and will include live music, giveaways, refreshments and promotions.
Sample Forza’s signature classes offered yearlong, including Aerial Yoga, Boxing, Butts&Guts, Aerial Barre and Piloxing. Forza Fitness was the first to bring silk hammocks attached to the ceiling to the area, and is the only Aerial studio in South Jersey. Plus, it is a Premier Boxing Studio that will host Beach Boxing.
After class, meet owner Lorelle Cicitta and Forza’s coaches and partners in wellness. Lorelle has created a wellness community that includes more than just a workout to offer you the best in your health. Partners include a chiropractor, massage therapists, AndSoITGlowsSprayTan, holistic food companies and WhiteLotus, a shop in studio featuring athletic apparel.
